How to: Use daily for maximum benefit, at least three times a week.
Apply your favourite oil, serum or moisturiser to your skin using your hands. Take your rollers, and gently move in an upward and outwards direction over your face and neck, following the pathways of your lymphatic system (see diagram/image). The larger roller is designed for use on the face and neck area, while the smaller roller can be used under the eye area and brow bone.
