Shipping

Please note all orders are processed during our business open hours only.

We are generally closed all long weekends, public holidays and between Christmas and New Year each year. If you put your order in on one of these days, there will be a delay. Please order in plenty of time. If you are purchasing a gift voucher and it's urgent, we suggest our online gift e-voucher as they can be instantly/automatically emailed to you for you to print. 

Please allow an extra 2 days for rural delivery. 

lovesoul is not at fault for any delays once your parcel is with our courier, however, if you have not received your parcel please get in touch with us and we will follow this up with you and do our best to make sure you receive it ASAP! 

International orders are currently NOT AVAILABLE.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed and packaged within 1-5 business days. Please plan in advance with your orders to avoid delays. If your order contains pre-sale or backordered products your order will be held at packing until all items are available.

Delivery Cost

Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery address and products purchased. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packaging

Your products will be packaged into cardboard boxes and paper. There may be some plastics used such as bubble wrap. We do not buy any plastic packaging or fill, but will reuse this if we receive any from our suppliers. We recommend for you to do the same. Note all packaging we use is either reused or recyclable. Even though your parcel may look different each time, it will be packed well so it gets to it's destination safely.

Pick Up

If you have opted to collect your order, we will contact you once this is ready. As we do not have a full-time receptionist, there are only certain times available for product collection.

Out of Stock

If by chance we have a particular product out of stock, we will advise you immediately. You will be given the option of a refund or a time in which the product will be available.

Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Direct Debit. You will be charged in NZ dollars. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.

Issues

We support all our products and services. If you receive a defective item, or have ANY issues with your order, please contact us immediately. Email [email protected] If within 30 days of your order, a refund may be issued. See our Refund Policy. Please ensure you have chosen and received the correct product before using as we cannot exchange or offer a refund for products that have been opened.
